In this insightful 3 minute TED talk about the importance of the “first follower”, Derek Sivers (one of my favorite regulars at the TED Conference) shares about the catalytic nature of those who take the risk to follow new innovators. I think there are several great lessons presented in the video that highlights the necessity of having or becoming a great follower.
